Gianluca worked almost 9 years in hotel operations: 2 years as a receptionist at Hotel XX Settembre in Rome, then nearly 7 years as receptionist and concierge at Hotel Savoy Rome — a property with over 100 rooms. He managed daily operations using Protel (PMS), handled guest relations, check-in/check-out, OTA coordination, and the repetitive operational workflows that eat hours every day in a hotel. He knows what it means to manage a full house, deal with walk-ins while answering Booking.com messages, and copy data between systems that don't talk to each other.
