Focused proposal

We identify the first useful tool to build, with realistic costs and timelines. No 50-line quote — a clear proposal you can evaluate in five minutes.

Direct development with you

We work with the hotel manager throughout development. You see progress every week and can change direction without bureaucracy.

Delivery and operational go-live

The tool goes live with staff training. We stay close during rollout and, if needed, activate ongoing support or maintenance.

We work on one problem at a time. We do not open a second front until the first one is genuinely working.

Costs and continuity

No ambiguity between project and support

The project has a clear scope and is paid once. After delivery you can decide whether to stop there or add ongoing support, maintenance or small improvements.

Project cost defined before work starts

Before work begins you know which problem we are solving, what we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

Ongoing support optional

If you want operational coverage after launch, we scope it separately. If you do not need it, no mandatory retainer remains.
